  • A rich blue exotic gemstone with hints of grey and violet, Tanzanite is only found in one place on earth, near Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, East Africa. This Tanzanite has been heat treated to enhance the Blue color, but is otherwise natural and uncut as nature created.
  • Each Tanzanite Gemstone is unique; the appearance of gem will differ slightly based on natural variations in crystalline structure.
  • Tanzanite is pleochroic, meaning the blue, gray and violet tones within the stone vary depending on the angle the stone is viewed from.
